Matt began his acting career as a youth, appearing in several television and radio commercials. In addition, he has used is talents in numerous theater productions, both onstage as an actor and backstage doing set construction. For the past seven years, Matt has been an acting instructor for Ovation's youth performing arts program, primarily for ages 6-13. In addition, he has taught acting & improv in Ovation's program for adults with special needs, Ovation Plus. Matt is a kid at heart who bonds with all of his students and brings a lot of laughter, confidence, and skill-building exercises to the classroom. He is known to play a practical joke or two, so we encourage his students to surprise Matt with their own practical jokes!
